You might be happy to be a witness without any extra support. You might not want the television link or screen.
You should think carefully about this and ask for more information to help you fully understand what it will be like.
As the court date approaches, you might decide you prefer a different way of giving evidence. Tell the procurator fiscal or children’s reporter, VIA or the lawyer and they will discuss what can be done.
Remember that the court will expect all young people to have some help.
