Being a witness at a Children's Hearing Court Case
A Children's Hearing Court Case usually starts with concerns about a child or young person. You may have seen or heard something or perhaps you have had something happen to you.
You have probably spoken to a children's reporter, a social worker or a lawyer, and told them what you know.
You might have to tell the court about what you know. This is called giving your evidence.
