Children's Hearing Court Proceedings

The Children's Reporter makes the independent decision about whether a case needs to go to a Children's Hearing.

A Children's Hearing Court Case will then go to court if the people involved in the hearing do not agree about what has happened or if the child is too young to understand.

The children's reporter in a children’s hearing court case usually relies on background reports and statements to prepare the case, but sometimes they may want to meet with you either for precognition or for general preparation.
