Victim Notification Scheme
If you have been the victim of a crime and if the accused has been sent to prison for four years or more, you will be eligible to take part in the Victim Notification Scheme.
This scheme provides information to victims and families about when an accused person is due to be released from prison. If you are eligible, you will receive a letter and leaflet about this from VIA.
