Waiting to Give Evidence

All children's hearing court cases have special timescales which apply to ensure the case is heard as quickly as possible.

All criminal cases are dealt with as quickly as possible but some criminal cases can take a long time to come to court. Even after you get a date, the case may be postponed for a number of different reasons.

Delays may be unavoidable and some cannot be predicted.
