When you come to court you should bring your citation with you and show it to the person at reception.
You will be asked to sit in the waiting area, perhaps with other witnesses. The court officer will come and tell you when it is your turn to give your evidence.

Even after you are given a date for a hearing, the case may be postponed for a number of different reasons. This may be unavoidable and some delays cannot be predicted. Witnesses and families can sometimes feel frustrated about delays.
