The Court Date

You should receive a citation or letter giving you a date for the court case to start.

This citation is a formal notice to attend the court as a witness. This must not be ignored.

It is important that you attend at the place and time indicated in the citation.

What to do if you can't attend or you're worried.

If you are cited as a witness, you must attend court.

If you fail to attend, a warrant may be granted for your arrest.
