The judge and the lawyers are always in the courtroom. Their job is to make sure everything is fair. Judges have other people to help them. There are other people in the court:
The clerk, the court officer, the jury, the accused, the public and the Police or security person.
The sheriff, the children's reporter and the lawyer are always in the courtroom. Sheriffs have other people to help them: the clerk and the court officer. The person who asked you to be a witness will explain who else might be in the courtroom.
